A part of the "European Green Deal" includes that the economy in Europe needs to be transformed into a Circular Economy. By mid of 2024 there is expected a new End of Live Vehicle Regulation (ELV-R) to make the automotive sector circular, protect the enviroment and maximize the efficient use of resources.
The latest position paper of APRA Europe recommends that their members fulfill the requirements for the assessment of used parts and to label and declare them for transportation in line with the upcoming regulation.
